Shred is a high-intensity workout programme designed to burn excessive fat and shape muscles. At Force Fitness, we have devised a whole range of exercises and body conditioning classes. A typical class will consist of whole body workouts, strengthening, aerobic and endurance exercises with kettlebells.
The high energy sessions will not only boost cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina but also tone every muscle in the body by burning a high amount of calories in the process.
We provide classes from complete beginner to advanced level throughout the week.
Boxfit and boxing circuits
By increasing blood circulation, body temperature and heart rate, Boxfit workouts are a great alternative to traditional fitness exercises. Based on the warm up routines perfected by professional boxers over the years, boxfit workouts are designed as a high-intensity sequence of exercises which will make use of the whole body and improve your strength and stamina.
At Force Fitness, we can also tailor fitness training sessions from complete beginner to athlete level.
