Mother and Baby fitness classes are designed for young mothers who want to get back into shape in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The sessions focus on gentle group workout exercises and we cater for every level. If your baby cries, needs to be changed or just wants a cuddle, this is all part of the class.
Piloxing is a fusion of dance, boxing and Pilates principles originally devised by Swedish trainer and dancer Viveca Jensen. Geared towards women, the inter-disciplinary exercise programme will help you burn calories, improve cardiovascular ability, strengthen muscles as well as improve balance and posture.
A fun way to exercise, Zumba is a dance fitness programme based on Latin dance rhythms and designed to burn calories and boost your energy level. The classes are typically based on kid-friendly Zumba routines and are aimed at 7 to 11 years old. Zumba dancing promotes a healthy lifestyle and help children integrate fitness as part of their daily life.
